We are a group of On Premise business owners with many years experience as owner operators . Elements of our business have changed in the past ten years and most do not help us in any way . After seeing the power that our state has over small independant business since March , we came To the conclusion that in order to survive we must unite . Recently some of us were caught for a social distance infraction which resulted in other violations and outragous monetary penalties.

Our objective is to protect the interests of our business and employees in NY state by sharing information and data .

This form of transparency may lead to protection as well as positive change for our industry. .

We are the cogs who keep the wheel turning . We feed big business like Sysco Foods , Restaurant Depot , Cintas , Ecolab , numerous credit card processors as well as banks , Beer and liquor wholesalers .

Its because of people like us that towns on Long Island like Patchogue , Bayshore and Farmingdale were re-invented . NYC locations like the lower east side and similar areas considered unsavory twenty years ago are hot spots today because we took the chance and made the investment .

The sad part is that because of the pandemic at least one in four of us will not return to business . If you Are returning then protect yourself going forward .After reading the two pages please join us that we may empower you with information and support .

Why Now

As of March 16th 2020 our business changed because of the highly contagious Corona Virus . Many of us had to re-invent ourselves to try and keep afloat during the lockdown and “To Go Only “ business . In June , we finally got the ok to open on the outside with limited capacity so we decided to keep a text chain going in our community of twelve on premise locations . We share information with one another about the daily changing rules of the NYSLA as well as the Dept of Health . We also started a “what’s App Group”. From this ongoing communication we were able to share important updates to each other regarding mask checks , table spacing checks, food with beverage checks and any other enforcement . our small group has more knowledge now and less violations because we shared information .
